Eurobike Ltd is a UK Distribution Company, we supply our products to good Independent Bicycle shops.  Because of the technical nature of our products any purchase made through our website will be processed on the basis that the goods will be collected from a Bicycle shop nominated by the purchaser or recommended by Eurobike Ltd.
 
Prices
All prices on this website are listed inclusive of VAT where applicable*. The only additional cost may be charges for postage and packaging which in any case will be clearly listed before you are asked to enter any credit card or other payment details into our website. Information about postage and packaging charges can be found below.
*Cycling helmets are not subject to VAT and the prices listed for them do not include it.
 
Payment Methods
Our primary means of receiving payment from you is through debit and credit cards. We accept most major cards but unfortunately we cannot accept American Express Cards.
In all cases the full amount owing for the goods you wish to purchase must be cleared by our payment handling company before we will ship any goods to you. This normally takes a matter of minutes after we charge your card but can be delayed if there are discrepancies in your card numbers or between the delivery address you have given to us and the address you have registered with the bank.
We make every effort to ensure that your card details are secure. All client-to server communications are encrypted, with a minimum SSL cipher-strength of 40-bit. At the point of dispatch we are able to confirm the transaction with our payment provider without storing card details in-house, and all communications made with the debiting authority are fully encrypted. No card details are stored at Eurobike Ltd.
